Full standing desk or converter?

Specs that matter
Height range is the most important number. Check the minimum and maximum height against your own measurements. Your elbows should be at about ninety degrees with your shoulders relaxed, both sitting and standing. Very tall and very short people should pay close attention here, because some desks do not go high or low enough.
Single or dual motor matters for full desks. Dual-motor desks generally lift heavier loads and move more smoothly. Single-motor desks can be fine for a laptop and one monitor.
Stability at standing height is where cheaper desks tend to fall short. Look for a sturdy frame and crossbars, and read the manufacturer's notes on wobble at full height. Deeper and wider desktops wobble more than small ones on the same frame.
Weight capacity should comfortably exceed what you put on the desk, including monitors, arms and a computer tower if it sits on the desk.
